GYROTONIC®
The GYROTONIC® method originated in St. Thomas at the end of the last century and is inspired by various sports disciplines, including Yoga, Tai Chi, and swimming. During the exercises, your body works as a whole, with everything moving together.

The GYROTONIC® method and Pilates training are provided on specially designed equipment and are intended for faster recovery from physical complaints or injuries. Top athletes, dancers, and sportspeople also train with us to stay fit, feel good, and become stronger.
Common issues we can help with include scoliosis, lower back pain, hip problems, recovery from hip prosthetics, shoulder issues such as frozen shoulder, RSI, inflammations, bursitis, neck pain, recovery after illness, and poor posture. Our expert guidance ensures effective improvement of your overall well-being.
The GYROKINESIS® group classes and Pilates mat classes are attended by people who want to feel fit, stronger, and healthy. These classes are offered with great care in small groups.
All instructors at Full Circle Studio are qualified trainers who regularly participate in further education to stay up-to-date with the latest developments. They ensure that you do nothing during the classes that could cause an injury. GYROKINESIS® exercises are sometimes taught as home exercises during GYROTONIC® personal training sessions.
