Start at Full Circle Studio
You follow the four courses to become a qualified GYROTONIC® Trainer/ GYROKINESIS® Instructor with us.
1. Pre Training Course
With over 20 years of experience, I will prepare you in Full Circle Studio to perfection to become an experienced GYROTONIC® student with basic knowledge of the GYROTONIC® Level 1, Progression I exercises.

2. Foundation Course
With a Master Instructor, you follow the teaching techniques and principles underlying GYROTONIC®.

3. Level 1 Apprenticeship Review Course
You have a one-year apprenticeship period, which you may run at Full Circle Studio. You will remain under my wing.

4. GYROTONIC® Final Certificate Course
Physically sound performance and demonstrable understanding of the basic course and giving appropriate verbal instructions and physical guidance to clients.
