Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all Full Circle studio services. The Full Circle studio is entitled to change the conditions. The Full Circle studio will notify you in a timely manner. The changes will take effect 1 calendar month after the announcement via the website, unless a different legal term is required, which will be applied in that case.

The Full Circle is entitled to rent part of the business premises at Anjeliersstraat 89H in Amsterdam to third parties. If you attend classes or workshops at the business premises rented to a third party, the Full Circle is not liable for possible costs and/or services as well as personal injury.

Classes

• • All training sessions last 60 minutes and must be booked in advance.
• • Participation in group classes requires advance sign-in and sign-out.
• • Private training sessions are held by appointment
• • Be on time for your sessions so that they can be started on time.
• • Inform the instructor of any particularities and injuries prior to your training session.

• • Participation in the sessions is at your own risk.
• • Mats and props are available in the studio.

Prices

• • All prices are inclusive of VAT. The Full Circle studio is entitled to adjust its rates at any time in case of changes in the level of VAT.
• • Payment is in advance, both for classes and appointments.
• • Payment can be made in the studio, preferably by pin, cash. Bank transfer by invoice is also possible, via the website with ideal.
• • Prices are non-negotiable and our cards are non-refundable.
• • The Full Circle studio is authorised to index prices by up to 5% on 1 January of each calendar year, but will aim to pass on inflation only.
• • Group lesson cards are valid for 3 months, in the event of illness or holidays we are happy to extend the validity of your ten-hour card by two weeks, a maximum of twice per year
• • Group lesson cards and private sessions are strictly personal but can be transferred by mutual consent.

Cancelling appointments and lessons.

• • Mat lessons can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start of the lesson by:

1. Via an email to move@fullcirclestudio.nl
2. Via your own account online booking
3. Via text message

• • All other group classes and appointments can be cancelled up to 24 hours before the start.
• • Classes can be cancelled via your own online appointment account or by contacting the studio.
• • To cancel or reschedule appointments (private, duet or semi-private sessions) contact the studio.
• • Late cancellations will be charged at the applicable lesson rate.
• • If your training partner(s) in a duet or semi-private session cancels, the studio will contact you and offer the following 3 options:
  1. Rescheduling your appointment.
  2. Changing your appointment to a private session with the difference in price being charged. wordt gebracht.
  3. Cancelling the appointment.

Liability

The Full Circle is not liable for lost and/or damaged or stolen personal items of any kind. You are responsible for your own personal belongings.

If any of the above provisions are invalid or illegal ( our apologies for this) the remaining provisions will still apply. Thank you for reading our small print.
